We manufacture the Orange Postal Bags on site here in the UK, as we do all our mailing bags. The Orange Mailing Bags are manufactured from our special 3 layer Coex blended polythene film. Orange on the outside, a middle unseen layer of white and then black on the inside of the bags. The Postal Bags are glossy on the outside. We specially treat the film in the manufacturing process so that the glue on the lip sticks permanently as it should and to ensure that the polythene film accepts stamps and your address labels etc. The Orange Mailing Bags are manufactured at 50mu / micron which is classed as light duty film and so is very light weight, yet still retains great puncture resistance and strength as it is made from 3 layers of film.
